What is Extended Disc?

How was DISC system invented?

The Extended DISC® System is based on behavioral theories for employees that have been used for over 90 years pioneered by Dr. Carl Jung. His work has been very influential in management models and theories. Extended DISC® is based on the foundations of Dr. Jung’s work. The model was developed to help us better understand ourselves and other people. The power of this model is that it is easy to learn and understand.
