He understands leadership, family business dynamics, process, business valuation, raising capital, and every detail of the process involved in selling a company.

Eric’s professional background also includes working at RSM McGladrey as a management consultant and serving on the staff of U.S. Senator Dave Durenberger as Director of Finance.
When he’s not lending his hard-earned golden touch to client businesses, Eric serves on the non-profit board of Midwest Challenge, and was appointed to a four-year term on the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) board by former Minnesota Governor, Tim Pawlenty. He is also a Conflict Resolution Center board member, appointed to assist in providing board oversight and input regarding financial operations and fundraising.
A graduate of Colorado College, Eric lives in Edina, MN with his wife, two Lacrosse playing sons and one Goldendoodle.
